Da Loaded Mac is a temple to the liberated macaroni and cheese. We’re a one-of-a-kind eatery serving premium food in a flavorful way with a funky setting. Our concept is founded on the idea that mac and cheese doesn’t have to be boring and basic and can even taste yummy for those who are gluten-free or vegan.

Requirements
  1. Must be 16 or older
  2. Strong ability to multitask
  3. Must be present and have a positive attitude
  4. Customer Service-Oriented
  5. Must be comfortable using a POS
  6. Must be to working weekends
  7. Ability to work at a quick, yet efficient and thorough pace
  8. Team-oriented, adaptable, dependable, and strong work ethic
  9. Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
Responsibilities
  1. Operate the POS at the front counter
    Positive and serving attitude with a friendly personality
  2. Demonstrate knowledge of the brand and menu items. Must be willing to try menu items.
  3. Must understand the core values of customer service:
  4. Maintain Eye Contact, Always Smile and Acknowledge, Speak Eagerly, Remain Connected and Engaged
  5. Take initiative and use slower times to stock or clean when not serving a customer
  6. Take orders with speed and accuracy at the front counter and via the phone
  7. Assist leadership in executing opening or closing procedures
  8. If necessary, Complete all tasks assigned beyond the job description

Sun-12:00pm-5:00pm
Mon-Closed
Tues-Thurs 11:30am-7:30pm
Fri-Sat 11:30am-7:30pm
